Live-in nanny/au-pair gesucht während der Coronavirus-Krise

Recommended Posts

Hi, we're looking for a live-in nanny or au-pair to weather the Coronavirus storm with us.
We’re a family of 4 with our 2 happy girls (one nearly 4-year-old, one nearly 1 1/2), living in Islington. Both girls are normally in full-time nursery, which is currently closed due to the Coronavirus crisis. We have some space in our house and are essentially looking for someone to live with us, looking after the kids for 6-8 hours in the day, until this situation blows over i.e. likely for the next 4-6 months. We take the social distancing measures quite seriously, so would need anyone living with us to comply with government advice and work with us exclusively. We are all healthy and have not been to any areas of risk.

If you’re a childcare provider or student with nannying/au pair experience and unsure of how you will cope with loss of earnings in the current crisis, feel up to staying home a lot over the next few weeks/months in return for free lodging and a salary, please be in touch. We’re looking for someone active, with good communication skills.

Our family is bi-lingual German & English with both mum and dad working demanding full-time jobs in London, currently both working from home. We have house with a garden just off Upper Street in Islington. We're quite informal and relaxed, yet organised and have had a good experience with keeping both our girls on a routine.

Freuen uns auf Nachricht!

  3. If you are currently working with a family that you have found through us in a Live-out capacity, they could offer you the opportunity to live in with them during any period of self-isolation.
  4. If you are currently looking for temporary position, we have available jobs for a few hours per day or for a number of days.
  5. Our specialist consultants are booking interviews with candidates by video call.
  6. Little Ones are taking extra precautions and making sure that each of our candidates follows the government guidelines regarding COVID-19.
  7. Each of our consultants may have a video-call to explain to you how to stay healthy and safe when attending interviews & working.

Everyday precautions you can take against the contraction of coronavirus

Good personal hygiene is the most effective way to limit the spread of Covid-19. Below are a few tips on how you can best avoid the contraction and spread of the disease.

  • Clean your hands often.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing, or having been in a public place.
  • If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching high-touch surfaces in public places – elevator buttons, door handles, handrails, handshaking with people. Use a tissue or your sleeve to cover your hand or finger if you must touch something.
  • Wash your hands after touching surfaces in public places.
  • Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes.
  • Clean and disinfect your home to remove germs, introduce a routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, sinks & cell phones.
  • Avoid crowds, especially in poorly ventilated spaces. Your risk of exposure to respiratory viruses like Covid-19 may increase in crowded, closed-in settings with little air circulation if there are people in the crowd who are sick.
  • Avoid all non-essential travel including plane trips, and especially avoid embarking on cruise ships.
  • Stay home as much as possible, consider ways of getting food brought to your house through family, social, or commercial networks.
If you think you might have coronavirus or you've been in close contact with someone who has it, stay at home and avoid close contact with other people, do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital at the risk of spreading the disease and use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do next. The 111 coronavirus service will tell you if you need to continue to stay at home or if you need medical help. It is important that you and your family take all the necessary precautions you can to ensure the safety of your loved ones and well as preventing the spread of Covid-19.

We will continue helping families and candidates as much as we can. Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work through this.

Little Ones' Team is working every day to keep offering premium services to the families and candidates who contact us.

Yours faithfully,

Nick Bowen
Management Director

    • dann such dir was anderes für in 6 Monaten.
Jedem das Seine, live and let live.
