German speaking Personal Assistant

 

£30,000 per annum + Fantastic benefits

 

An exciting new position has arisen for a highly motivated German speaking PA to support a Managing Partner of an established West End based search and advisory firm who focus and specialise in the real estate sector. The office environment is one not to miss as they are a collaborative, dynamic and friendly team who take pride in their work and their reputation. You will join a small yet established team of office support staff to play an important role in delivering exceptional day-to-day administrative, research and client communication support by assisting the Partner in a wide range of duties and responsibilities with clients across the German market.

 

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Managing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Managing Partner

• Addressing all incoming inquiries, calls, correspondence, diary management and other demands for the Partners

• Handling the data management, keeping it up to date

• Ad-hoc administrative duties and other project work including in-depth research and external client communication and compiling reports

• Traveling with the partner to meet clients and potential candidates across the German market

 

About you:

In order to succeed in this role;  you will need to be a confident, well-spoken individual and fluent in German to a native level, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as you will be interfacing with multiple high-profile business stakeholders. To be considered for this role, it is vital that you have previous experience within an administrative management role such as PA or Team Assistant and essential experience dealing with all levels and departments of the company and its clients and partners.

As a representative for the Managing Partner, it is vital you act in a highly professional and positive manner while undertaking your PA duties.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German to a native level and English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, EA, Team Assistant, Team Secretary from a corporate environment

• Proven experience of working in fast- paced, corporate, global, multinational environments

• Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and Stakeholders

• Impeccable organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

• Able to interview immediately
