German speaking Business Development Trainee

 

£23,000 - £25,000 + £7,500 Commission (uncapped OTE)

 

Multinational software company in Central London are looking for a German speaking Business Development Trainee to add to their dynamic business development team. The ideal candidate will be a determined university graduate looking to pursue a career as sales executive or business development executive. 

 

You will need to have a great willingness to learn about sales techniques and put these into action by researching potential clients and prospecting them via different marketing channels. Great communication skills and motivation are a must, there is training provided for everything else. This company is showing an impressive growth rate and there will be room for progression internally.

 

The company provides outstanding training, please note that you are expected to complete a 4 weeks training programme in the company’s headquarter abroad.

 

Profile

·         German to native level with fluent English

·         Willingness to learn and progress

·         Good communication skills

·         An interest to pursue a career in sales / business development
