JOB TITLE:                         German speaking International After-Sales Agent

DEPARTMENT:                Operations

REPORTS TO:                   Customer After-Sales Manager

LOCATION:                       SW4

SALARY RANGE:              Commensurate with experience

Objectives of the role

 

This role is to be a consistent and helpful point of contact to predominantly German and international Customers for all post-sales queries. To continuously improve our Customers’ experience and our overall quality levels.  Key to this will be to provide the highest standards of communication and service to our German/International Customers at all times.

 

JOB PURPOSE

 

As German speaking Aftersales Agent your role will be to provide the best post-booking support to Customers and to challenge any perceived practices that distract from providing the best service. This role ensures that the Customer is equipped with everything that they require prior to travel.

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

 

·       First point of contact with German speaking and international Customers post-booking

·       Ensure that communication and service from admin to customers is timely, polite, the absolute best in the sector, effective and Adds Happiness ®

·       Managing all communications to Customers and ensuring that the documentation relating to their booking is accurate, relevant and on time

·       Ensuring that 3rd party system booking processes, ticket returns and chargeback processes are written and adhered to

·       Confirming with third party suppliers where relevant

·       Ensuring priority orders are sent to the dispatch team in good time

·       Attaining all Customer After sales targets

·       Ensuring all complaints, payments, returns notifications, cancellations, and emails are responded to quickly and in full

·       Sharing best practice and contributing to constant improvements

·       Gather information and resolve issues e.g. confirming bookings with suppliers, liaising with courier companies regarding delivery issues.

·       Working with Reservation and Dispatch teams to provide excellent Customer support

·       Keeping accurate records of discussion or correspondence with Customers
