Product Executive (German Speaking)

We have an exciting role working within our Product/Commercial department assisting to maintain our German content on all our websites and back-end reservation systems to ensure offers, imagery, pricing, copy, availability and documentation are all accurate and up-to-date for our German customers.  We are looking for someone who has had some experience of working in a  Product/Commercial role and is comfortable using a content management system and liaising with suppliers.  You will be working as part of a fun and helpful team but you will also need to be comfortable working on your own and prioritising your workload around the needs of the Product Team and the wider business. It is essential that you speak and write German fluently.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

 ·       Assist with loading and maintaining website content to ensure product descriptions and imagery are always correct. This includes updating and writing new copy and translating where necessary. 

·       Liaise with overseas suppliers to ensure website content is accurate and up-to-date. 

·       Assist with price/margin setting on all brands and assist with loading prices onto our Pheonix reservation systems. 

·       Help analyse margin reports to ensure revenue and particularly profit is maximised.

·       Ensure availability calendars for every product are kept up-to-date for the duration of a contract and that prices and seasons correctly reflect the negotiated contract. Also ensure new contracts/availability is loaded as soon as they are received. 

·       Ensure all customer documentation generated by our reservation systems is accurate/up-to-date and signed off by our suppliers. 

·       Act as a point of contact to support ATG Sales, Reservations and Operation teams’ system queries. 

·       General system maintenance.   

 

We are looking for someone who is organised, has good attention to detail with a sound knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel and used to working with content management systems.

You will need to be happy to get involved and become part of this inclusive and energetic team.

About You

You have some experience of work in a Product/Commercial role and are comfortable using a content management system and liasing with suppliers. You have excellent attention to detail and are commercially astute.  Although part of a team, you need to be comfortable working on your own and prioritising your workload around the needs of the Product Team and the wider business.  

 

JOB PURPOSE

Assist the Product, Commercial and IT teams in maintaining content on all ATD websites and back-end reservation systems to ensure copy, imagery, pricing, offers, availability and documentation are all accurate and up-to-date. Sound communication, numerical and written skills are essential.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Wozu einen neuen Ölkrieg, wenn viel mehr von dem Zeug vorhanden ist als man vernünftigerweise verbrennen kann, um das auf Klimakonferenzen beschlossene CO2-Budget nicht zu sprengen?
    • Ich habe nun wirklich nicht die Absicht irgendwo rumzustehen.Schon eher Rum zutrinken. Aber dazu gibt es ja im Augenblick auch keinen Anlass, leider.     • Das ist in der Tat super - Trump verweigert die Hilfe, und Jeremy Hunt moechte nun schnell eine Europpaeische Loesung. Hehe Anbei eine ganz gute Grafik der moeglichen Szenarien morgen und uebermorgen. ETA der leadership vote results ist nach dem Kabinettsmeeting morgen frueh (keiner weiss, warum es morgen noch eins gibt), so gegen 11.30/12. Boris, falls zum leader gewaehlt, geht dann ne Runde schleimen, warscheinlich in Queen Elizabeth Hall.  Danach dann die Optionen wie anbei.  Bin mal gespannt wie lange wir da am Mittwoch dann in Downing Street herumstehen duerfen, offiziell ist gegen 4/5pm der Boris (oder Jeremy, wer's glaubt) Termin nachdem Theresa tatsaechlich gegen 2.30pm dann noch eine Abschiedsrede haelt.       Ich geh nach zwei jahren London zurueck nach Berlin. Hab ca zehn kartons klamotten, buecher, bettzeug. Wuerde gern Ende August 2019 die Sachen nach Berlin Schoeneberg bekommen. Faehrst Du in diesem zeitraum und koenntest es beiladen, ggf auch mfg?

      We are looking for a person to help with the school run for our 2 boys. 
      We live near Waterloo and the childrens' schools are in the Herne Hill/North Dulwich area. 
      The person would need to pick the children up at out house at 8am and drop them at their schools at 8:30am and 9am. They would also need to collect the children in the afternoon (3:30pm) and play with them/ make dinner until 6:30pm. The time in the afternoon can be spent in the Herne Hill area or at our house in Waterloo. (There are good public transport links between our home and the schools) 
      We are flexible on days but ideally want at least 2 mornings per week and 2 afternoons per week and the job starts in late June 2019.
      We would love to find somebody who is a calm and loving person, non-smoker, with experience of childcare and references. Pay is £13 gross per hour.
