German speaking Office Manager/Team PA

£35,000 - £45,000  per annum + benefits

 

A thrilling opportunity has arisen for a professional Office Manager/Team PA, to be involved in a prestigious organisation within the finance industry in the heart of London. They are urgently seeking for a detail orientated individual with strong German language skills to join their dynamic team.

 

Owing to the nature of this division, this Office Manager/Team PA position requires a confident, dynamic, highly organised bilingual individual with excellent communication skills in German and English to support a small team of approximately 7 people and able to liaise with the Headquarters in Germany.

You will take ownership of running the office smoothly, helping and building a positive work environment where people can thrive. You will be responsible for all office administration and facilities management, meeting and greeting all guests and visitors, arranging travels, answering emails and telephone calls and assisting with events/meetings when required. 

 

The ideal candidates will have proven administrative background, excellent communication and organisational skills and be a team player.

This is a fantastic role for a German speaking Office Manager/Team PA who wants to be involved in an established, dynamic and friendly team within a global firm in London. Profile

• Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Administrative, Team Secretary, Office Manager or Team PA

• Proven experience of working in a secretarial or administrative function in a corporate, business environment

• Able to work well in a fast paced environment and have attention to detail

• First-class communication skills and able to communicate clearly and effectively with senior management / director level in German and English

• Flexible, methodical and able to multi-task effectively and manage own workload/deadlines

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Armes England. Man möchte Trauer tragen. Even worse case Scenario: er rennt Ende Oktober gegen die Parlamentswand und nach einer vorzeitigen Wahl muss er mit Farage koalieren. Nicht ausgeschlossen und mir fast wahrscheinlicher als die Hoffnung Corbyn würde mit Grünen und LibDems zusammen eine Regierung bilden können, von wollen ganz abgesehen. 
    • Wer weiss, ob er's wirklich wird - vielleicht nehmen sie ja doch Jeremy Hunt. Ein gutes Ergebnis sehe ich leider bei keinem von beiden...

      We are looking for a person to help with the school run for our 2 boys. 
      We live near Waterloo and the childrens' schools are in the Herne Hill/North Dulwich area. 
      The person would need to pick the children up at out house at 8am and drop them at their schools at 8:30am and 9am. They would also need to collect the children in the afternoon (3:30pm) and play with them/ make dinner until 6:30pm. The time in the afternoon can be spent in the Herne Hill area or at our house in Waterloo. (There are good public transport links between our home and the schools) 
      We are flexible on days but ideally want at least 2 mornings per week and 2 afternoons per week and the job starts in late June 2019.
      We would love to find somebody who is a calm and loving person, non-smoker, with experience of childcare and references. Pay is £13 gross per hour.
