We are looking for individuals passionate about helping others, to join our multicultural team based in Chiswick, West London. The role requires excellent customer skills, as you will be the first point of contact, providing advice and support to our globally mobile members to ensure they are healthy, safe and secure.

This will require:

  • Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email
  • Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our case management system
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information and Protected Health Information
  • Coordination skills to liaise with medical facilities such as doctors’ offices, hospitals and ambulance providers to make necessary arrangements
  • An empathetic customer-centric approach to individual customer needs

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • Previous international exposure /customer service/call centre experience would be a plus
  • Excellent written, spoken English and good IT skills
  • Ability to multi-task, coordinate and prioritise work load effectively
  • Desirable language skills in French, German, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian

Additional information

Working Hours:
37.5 hour week, worked as 12 hour shifts (8am - 9pm) across a 7 day week with approximately 3 days on and 4 days off. This will include 3 months of day shifts and 1 month of night shifts at an enhanced rate (8pm - 9am).

Wie jedes Jahr freuen wir uns auf ein sommerliches Zusammentreffen bei Alexandra Palace und hoffen auf gutes Wetter! Das Picnic findet ab 14:00 Uhr auf der Wiese vor Alexandra Palace statt. Wann: Sonntag, 4.8.2019 ab 14:00 Uhr bis spätWo: Wiese vor Alexandra Palace, nächste Stationen sind Alexandra Palace Rail Station (National Rail von Finsbury Park/ Moorgate/Kings Cross) und Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly Line) Um das Picnic eine bunte Variation von leckeren Speisen zu machen, brauchen wie eure Mithilfe!     • Armes England. Man möchte Trauer tragen. Even worse case Scenario: er rennt Ende Oktober gegen die Parlamentswand und nach einer vorzeitigen Wahl muss er mit Farage koalieren. Nicht ausgeschlossen und mir fast wahrscheinlicher als die Hoffnung Corbyn würde mit Grünen und LibDems zusammen eine Regierung bilden können, von wollen ganz abgesehen. 
    • Wer weiss, ob er's wirklich wird - vielleicht nehmen sie ja doch Jeremy Hunt. Ein gutes Ergebnis sehe ich leider bei keinem von beiden...
    • Die Komoedie geht weiter, nur es gibt ja voraussehbare Entwicklungen.Boris gibt sich bedeckt , eher kann man einen Pudding an die Wand nageln, als eine klare Aussage von BoJo zubekommen. Mal sehen was er den 160000 Tories erzaehlt.Aber die kueren Ihn sicher auch wenn er weiter den Mund haelt. So lasst uns hoffen das er gegen die Wand im Parlarment rennt, den Schluessel dazu hat bislang keiner!

      We are looking for a person to help with the school run for our 2 boys. 
      We live near Waterloo and the childrens' schools are in the Herne Hill/North Dulwich area. 
      The person would need to pick the children up at out house at 8am and drop them at their schools at 8:30am and 9am. They would also need to collect the children in the afternoon (3:30pm) and play with them/ make dinner until 6:30pm. The time in the afternoon can be spent in the Herne Hill area or at our house in Waterloo. (There are good public transport links between our home and the schools) 
      We are flexible on days but ideally want at least 2 mornings per week and 2 afternoons per week and the job starts in late June 2019.
      We would love to find somebody who is a calm and loving person, non-smoker, with experience of childcare and references. Pay is £13 gross per hour.
