Client Services Executive  – fluent German

£28,000 - £32,000

Central London based company is looking for a bright and motivated German speaking Client Services Project Manager with an interest in the world of online technology, for a commercial role in their business dealing with clients in Germany and the UK.

 

The company is an online technology business with close ties to the corporate world. This is initially maternity cover for 12 months but its probably that they will move the person on to a permanent contract after the maternity cover ends.

Your role would be to work with German and English speaking customers and independently manage client projects: being the main point of contact for the client in Germany and the UK, and ensuring the best delivery of service in accordance to client specifications accurately and timely. As the German speaking client services executive you will provide top class post-sales services to a demanding client base: Investment Bankers, Corporate Lawyers, Corporate Board members and will be required to effectively identify and anticipate client needs;

 

You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for bright, commercially minded people with drive and ambition.  To apply for this position you must have experience in a client or customer contact role within an office environment. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

 

Profile

Fluent in German, written and spoken in addition to English

Previous experience in a client services or project management role.

Excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to service clients effectively: Ability to host client meetings, presentations and training sessions in a face to face as well as an on-line environment;

Computer literate

Ability to successfully manage a multiple client relationship(s) in a high demand business;

A polite, confident and friendly manner

An interest in technology is essential
