German speaking CRM Executive

£24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Are you creative, ambitious, have experience with CRM campaigns and speak fluent German and English? If yes, then this could be your next job! Our client, a global successful company which specialises in all aspects of online marketing and online gaming, is looking for a talented bilingual CRM Executive to join their creative team. 

 

Due to the demands of their increasing market, your role will be creating and coordinating successful digital marketing campaigns to target their customers. As a CRM Executive you will be responsible for social media campaigns, content writing, translations, analysing, improving the customers' engagement, as well as ensuring the CRM campaign is attractive. As a German  speaking CRM Executive you will be working closely with the management team and therefore it’s crucial for you to have exceptional communication and organisational skills to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate would have a proven background in an online gaming environment and have previous solid exposure to managing online marketing campaigns, as well as to speak German to a native level.

Profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience as a CRM Manager or CRM Executive with background in Online Casino or Online Betting

• Skills in managing digital marketing campaigns, analysing marketing performance, CRM execution, online casino and content creation

• Previous background in online casino, sports, betting or gaming is very desirable

• Understanding of CRM systems and processes 

• Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisation skills

• Able to work well in a fast paced environment and independently

• Strong MS Office skills

• Knowledge of web development and HTML coding
