German speaking Customer Service Advisor

£23,500 per annum

An outstanding position has opened for a bright German speaking Customer Service Advisor to be part of an inspiring technology organisation based in Sunbury on Thames! This role is a maternity cover, FTC up to 12 months.

 

As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will be providing first-class technical support, maintaining client/customer satisfaction, ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to in a timely manner. You will be managing second-line support calls from resellers and subcontractors, entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call escalations and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of customer service management. It

is essential for you to be confident and well-spoken as you will be dealing with various clients/customers and have a keen interest in technology.

Profile

Fluent in German and English to a native level, both written and spoken

Previous experience providing IT support services, helpdesk, technical support, 1st line or 2nd line or customer service preferably in a software support environment

Experience working in a customer support, customer services, technical support, client support or technical helpdesk is a key requirement

Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently

Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication

Able to commute to Sunbury on Thames, Surrey
