Customer Operations - German Speaking - Full or Part Time

Here is what you will do:

  • Be the face of our brand – supporting our candidates and employers.
  • Find out what makes our candidates and clients tick - Based on their feedback you will help us improve their experience.
  • Manage the bookings process - From making sure the right person gets booked in, to improving our internal product so that we can handle 10x as many bookings in the (near) future


Who are you?

You are an experienced customer support expert looking for a flexible opportunity within a growing startup.

You also....

  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

  • have your eyes and ears to the ground– you are the integral link between Catapult and our employers and candidates. You pass on feedback so we know how we can improve both our operations and our product benefits.
