Having undergone a significant growth in our customer base, a new opening has arisen for an B2B Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing some of our biggest B2B client accounts across multiple markets (mostly DACH, but also EMEA and US). You will have an important impact on the longevity of our business relationships, so we are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual – someone who is able to build meaningful and strong connections and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 


• Growing Usage: Delivering effective outbound telephone-based client support in order to maximise the client’s usage of our corporate learning tool, ensuring they receive value from their purchased Bookboon services. 
• Relationship Management: Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client, understand their strategic goals, and develop plans to achieve those goals.  
• Retention: Maximise customer satisfaction and retention and advocate customer needs cross-departmentally to resolve queries/issues.

✓ Previous experience in a customer success, client relationship or account management role (B2B)

✓ Track record of managing a high number of accounts simultaneously

✓ You take initiative, own processes, and you’re full of energy!

✓ Strong level of communication, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of seniority

✓ Candidates must be fluent in English and German
