Location: Central London

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum 

 

An exciting new role has arisen for a skilful German speaking HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team of a Global Logistics Organisation in central London! It is a great opportunity for a German speaking candidate with strong administration/IT skills and excellent communication skills!  

As a German speaking HR Administrator you will provide excellent organisation and administrative support. Within your role you will be dealing with HR related issues, managing all employment queries, translating newsletters from German to English, reporting and maintaining the HR database and have excellent communication skills in German and English. It is essential for you to have a proven administrative background with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. This position is offered as a permanent opportunity for someone with previous experience working in an HR department or outstanding administrative experience in an office environment.

It is a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking HR Administrator, who is  seeking for new challenges, wants to utilise their German language skills and wants to expand their knowledge in HR administration within a successful company. There is no need for a CIPD qualification although you will need to be able to work very detail oriented and have the drive to work in an HR related role. 

Profile 
Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken 
Previous experience as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Executive is desired 
Excellent administrative skills are essential
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office 
Strong communication and organisational skills 
Attention to detail and able to work well in a fast paced environment
