     A well-established successful international company which are well known in the Arts industry are seeking for an experienced German speaking Personal Assistant to join their office based in central London. As a German speaking PA you will be part of an international, creative and successful team. 
    Your role will be providing excellent support to the principal by managing diaries, travel and you will have highly organised and excellent communications skills in German and English.
    It is a fantastic role for an experienced German speaking Personal Assistant to get involved. You will not only will be part of a creative team, you will also be involved in the world of Arts, where you will be supporting with international exhibitions, interacting with exclusive clients and personal matters for the principal.
    Owing to the company structure and environment, you must be well-presented, have an extraordinary eye for detail and be able to multitask and have proven experience as a PA or in a secretarial function.

    Profile

    • Fluent in German and English to mother tongue level (both written and spoken)
    • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, PA, team secretary, team PA personal assistant or Executive Assistant
    • Proven experience of working in a PA, secretarial or administrative function in a corporate business
    • Experience of supporting senior managers within a professional services environment
    • Able to work independently without supervision whilst managing precise timeframes and working under pressure
    • Able to multitask and take initiative
    • Have an interest in Arts
    • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office
