Multi-Lingual Customer Service Advisor - fashion & design - British luxury eyewear brand

    A new and exciting opportunity to join prestigious British luxury eyewear brand Tom Davies, with a fantastic working culture, ambitious and rapid growth plans, delivering excellence in eyewear design to its customers.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced multi-lingual customer service advisor who will be working on the front line of answering calls from all of our accounts, support the team and will be tasked with providing the best service to our customers. Helping to increase sales
    growth across a global account base. You will be working closely with the other Customer Service team members, as well as with the accounts department, logistics and the production teams.

    Candidate Profile:

    The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years experience within the customer service, retail/ luxury industry, ideally B2B and customer account management.  An interest is fashion and design would also be helpful. It is essential for the advisor to have the below skills:


    • Impeccable telephone manner: Must be able to interact with customers in German, French, and English [German is essential, French would be a big bonus]
    • Develop long lasting customer relationships and communicate with staff at all levels
    • Clear and professional email and written communication skills in all languages as specified


    • Must have the ability to work within a team and share the tasks
    • Should be proactive and support co-workers daily 


    • Should be positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible
    • Show a willingness to learn new systems and a quick learner

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Daily customer service duties by taking inbound and outbound calls
    • Provide daily support to key customer accounts by opening new accounts and placing orders, in all languages as specified
    • Support the sales representatives working in the field and retail staff occasionally
    • Provide over the phone training and technical product support
    • Monitor customer orders on a daily basis like arranging returns of Frames, advising on options for return or replacements
    • Log all communication on the customer management system
    • Manage and solve issues with customer accounts like repairs and returns
    • Generate credit and invoices
    • Seeing the claim through from start to finish, using an element of administration and data entry and accurately and confidently respond to customer related enquiries via email.


    • Fluent in all languages specified [German is essential, French is a bonus]
    • Competent user in Excel
    • Wholesale and account management recent experience
    • Retail and luxury or Optics experience
    • Able to commute to work in Brentford, west London
