Position Overview

The role of the Junior Customer Success Manager is to support the Senior Customer Success team in providing implementation and account management services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to the below

 Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Customer Success Team in the implementation and maintenance of all clients.
  • Responding to client requests via phone and email
  • Daily data entry
  • Daily usage of CRM system (previous knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial)
  • Assisting with highly sensitive requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Providing low-level support and password resets for clients

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Should have 1-2 years in administrative work
  • Bilingual in German is a must
  • High energy, positive attitude
  • Must be process driven
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT); good working knowledge of excel on an intermediate level, which will be tested.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team as well as a self-starter basis
  • Proven ability to multi-task
