Bilingual (German / English) Customer Success Representative

    Press Loft is a fast-growing global PR technology platform with teams in London Southbank, Sydney, Milan & Madrid.

    We are looking for a bilingual (German / English) customer support & marketing assistant who is passionate about helping customers. We are looking for someone who has a lovely, friendly written and spoken style, and who loves making people happy and solving their problems. Bilingual is essential as you will be providing customer support to our network of global journalists and clients.

    We are a nimble, fun and fast-moving tech business where you will be given significant responsibility to make a big impact in our global company. You will be given detailed training and ongoing support.

    You will be working on slack and intercom and, although some of the team work remotely around the world, we are a small, close team and pride ourselves on our friendly culture.

    We blend a nimble start-up attitude with the heritage and security of being established for 10 years.

    Responsibilities:

    • Live chat, email and phone support - primarily using intercom (full training given)
    • Responding to inbound client and journalist enquiries both with technical issues and sales questions.
    • Proactively contacting our clients - identifying who needs support
    • Sending product suggestions to journalists to help with their image sourcing
    • Feeding back from the 'frontline' to the other departments with key updates and feature improvements so we can continually improve our service.
    • Building our FAQs
    • Working with journalists, helping respond to their leads and identifying the perfect product to fit a brief.
    • Reach out to journalists and clients on social media to grow our community

     

    About You:

    • You have a drive to find those "yes" moments where a customer feels listened to, helped and feels an affinity with our company.
    • Strongly empathetic, you can alter your tone and style - quickly reading how best to communicate with someone.
    • You are a great writer, able to get across your personality with warmth whilst also detailing technical solutions clearly.
    • We need someone who is knowledgeable about the latest trends with a good eye for a winning selection of images..

    Location

    Southbank, London, SE1 9PG

    Hours:

    9-5.30 Monday - Friday - we also offer the option to flex 8.30pm to 4pm OR 10am - 6.30pm

    Monthly drinsk with the team 

    Salary £25k

    Job Type: Full-time

The person will be required to travel around Germany for at least 10 days in order to collect the data. We  require candidates to be German native-speakers but also have a good command of English and be able to work in Germany. We are looking for people that are more than 23 years old or that are a graduate and that have a keen interest in politics and economics. Finally you must be highly organised, have an outgoing personality and be comfortable with approaching strangers. As the survey is currently running we are looking for candidates that would be available to start working in a very short time.         Du hattest vor kurzem ziemlich detaillierte Infos über den Troll: benutzt Du für so etwas spezialisierte Tools oder kann man das mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen direkt aus den vorhandenen Infos herauslesen?
