    This company has amazing worldwide offices, a great company culture and offers merchandise that is well received by their loyal fan base. They are now looking for their new superhero to join their team, which could be you! Due to a large majority of their clients based in the DACH region they would really benefit from having a German speaker on their team. You will be joining their bilingual Sales Support team and your responsibilities are: sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of wholesale clients and handling of all information and enquiries in German and English.

     

    As a German speaking Sales Administrator you will have previous experience dealing with (wholesale) clients, keeping accounts up to date on outstanding orders, providing information on products and logging each enquiry on their internal system using the VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions in Microsoft Excel.

    Profile

    Perfect fluency in written and spoken English

    Perfect fluency in written and spoken German

    Solid experience providing customer support services, helpdesk or technical support essentially in a product support and/or order dispatch environment

    Experience working in an online customer support, customer services, sales administration, client support or Order Fulfilment role is a key requirement

    Previous experience dealing with wholesale clients and B2B customers is essential

    Knowledge of Microsoft programs, in particular Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot tables is essential

    An interest in fashion, luxury or retail industry is desirable

    Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently

    Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment dealing with a high volume orders

    Bachelor’s degree preferred
