Work closely with regional TRICARE operations staff to identify, trouble-shoot and resolve HNP issues, informing them of any issues that may impact the ability or willingness of providers to accept TRICARE beneficiaries You will be committed and confident with excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service ethos.
