This is why we have invested a lot into our workplace and will always continue to do so The Job A diverse role, an e-Business Manager has to look after the fortunes of one of our DACH websites to ensure that it meets our financial objectives as well as our overall company global strategy. It relies on your having a good understanding of localised online buyer behaviour and the ability to understand how to analyse traffic, trends and then generate more relevant traffic with your knowledge and experience in the various channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media and Affiliation. Monitoring data and managing KPIs for ecommerce metrics. Generate traffic by managing SEO, PPC, Affiliation and Email. Conversion / Funnel optimisation. Creation of new multi channel marketing campaigns. Work with channel managers to deploy monthly tactics. Manage individual campaign budgets and monitoring performance in all aspects of marketing activity. Contribute towards brand and product strategy. The Person Having already gained solid experience within one or more of the various marketing channels, you are looking for an opportunity to expand your skillset and to have diversity within the role. You will have; Proven experience of devising and implementing strategic marketing campaigns within all or some of the following channels; SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and Affiliation. Experience of buying print, television or radio advertising. Knowledge and experience of public relation techniques - online and offline. Strong time management skills and an ability to manage multiple channels at once. Proven track record of managing KPIs and ROI effectively. Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to convert findings into actionable campaigns. Experience in health, beauty or well being would be advantageous. Can communicate and work well with a wide range of people, and able to negotiate and network effectively internally and externally. Strong command of the German language written and spoken. A good understanding of e-commerce in DACH markets. Intelligence, strong work ethic and an amazing attitude. The Benefits The basic salary is dependant upon your knowledge and experience and can range from £21,000 - £35,000. We also offer a generous monthly performance commission and an annual performance bonus of up to £5,000.     Analytic, German-speaking candidate sought to join a young, fast growing digital marketing agency as a trainee. Based in south London, you will receive on the job training during a 3 month paid probation period, after which a decision to hire on a permanent basis will be made.
