Live Out Full Time Nanny INTERVIEW SLOTS: Location: Chelsea Language: Fluent English || German (bonus) Accommodation: N/A Days and hours: Mon 8 - 6:30pm Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri 8 - 2pm Salary: £11 - 12 net per hour Start Date: 17/9/2018 Children: 2 years old boy Driver: N/A Sole Charge or Shared Care: Sole Charge Duties: Looking for a qualified, friendly and calm nanny for a 2 years old son in Chelsea. Starting in September or October. The working hours would be between 30-35 hours a week . German speaking is an advantage but not a must. Duties include : teaching him new things and new words - bringing him to his play group classes - setting up play dates and socialising with other nannies and mum’s - organising his weekly schedule / PA work - tidying and organising his room and play area - potty training him - cooking healthy food for him - light housekeeping like washing his clothes, loading and unloading the dishwasher, tidying up the kitchen etc. The nanny should be very active, energetic, happy, organised and be loving and caring.
  2. Hallo, Wie schon in älteren posts geschrieben, habe ich 3 Kinder (8, 4 und 3) die kaum deutsch können. Ich möchte gerne, dass sie deutsch lernen. Ich fange schon zu hause an etwas mit ihnen zu üben (Wörter / kleine Sätze), allerdings würde ich mich freuen, wenn sie in einer Gruppe mit anderen Kindern zusammen lernen könnten. Ich habe schon im Internet gesucht - die meisten Treffen sind aber leider nur in Süd London (ich wohne East - E6), oder sind mitten in der Woche, wenn ich arbeite. Habe dann Samstagsschulen gefunden. Jedoch meinte die mir am nächst liegende, dass deutsche Vorkenntnisse da sein müssen. Habe jetzt noch eine weiter weg in Greenwich konntaktiert und warte auf Rück email. Habe auch ein paar Mamis in meiner Nähe gefunden, aber die Treffen sind auch nicht so oft / regelmäßig. Weis noch jemand von anderen Gruppen oder Treffen? Vielen Dank, Sarah
  3. Hallo, Ich bin noch recht neu hier im Forum, wohne aber schon seit ein paar Jahren in London. Ich wohne in Ost London (Newham) und habe 3 Kinder - meine Tochter ist 8 Jahre und meine Jungs sind fast 4 und 3. Gibt es deutsche Spielgruppen oder ähnliches in East London? Ich habe im Internet bis jetzt etwas nur Süd-, West- und Nordlondon gefunden, das ist von mir aber leider zu weit weg und ich kann auch leider nur an Wochenenden, da ich in der Woche viel arbeite... Fall es keine Spielgruppen in Ost London gibt - wohnt jemand mit Kindern in Ost London und hätte Interesse auf Treffen ab und zu? Sarah

Hallo,   jedes Jahr lädt die primary school meiner Tochter zur "internationalen Woche" ein, während der die vielen Kulturen an der Schule gefeiert und Eltern eingeladen werden,  um ihr Kulturgut vorzustellen und jedes Jahr zerbreche ich mir (ermutigt von meiner Tochter) den Kopf, was ich an "deutschem Kulturgut" anbieten könnte.    Das ist ein "langer Schuss" aber hat vielleicht jemand schon mal zur "internationalen Woche" beigetragen oder hat Ideen? (Bitte nur ernstgemeinte Antworten, nichts "Witziges" wie "im Stechschritt marschieren" oder so  :)   Vielen Dank!   Angelika 
  10. G' day, my name is Melina, I am 20 yrs old, got my a levels and come from Germany. I will move to London around mid april and will work as an Au Pair for a british family. At the weekends I will be off which is why I would like to help children (3-10 yrs) with learning the german language on saturday or sunday. So far I have got a lot of experiences with childcare and have helped lots of children with learning the german or english language. Anyone interested ? Warm regards, Melina
