Hey guys! We are still looking for a full time Meeting Point Manager to join our team! A Meeting Point Manager is the public face of SANDEMANS NEW Europe, overseeing our daily tour operations on the front lines. Meeting Point Manager is the most junior management role in the organisation, but is an essential function for the company’s day-to-day operations. Some of the duties of a Meeting Point Manager include: Interacting with customers and clients in multiple languages and providing effective frontline customer service Organising tour meeting points and overseeing the smooth running of tours Responsibility for tour ticket sales and cashing up Recording and summarising daily tour numbers Completing daily administrative duties to assist in company marketing programs. Liaising with freelance guide clients on a daily basis Reporting to the City Manager regarding daily operations and providing feedback Working in a diverse team of people from a variety of countries and working backgrounds We are looking for people who speak fluent English and some Spanish too (we have lots of Spanish speaking customers travelling to London). The position is open from June 1st (so immediately) and we will pay GBP 8.75/hour plus travel expenses and holiday pay.
