Objectives of the role This role is to be a consistent and helpful point of contact to predominantly German and international Customers for all post-sales queries. To continuously improve our Customers’ experience and our overall quality levels. Key to this will be to provide the highest standards of communication and service to our German/International Customers at all times. JOB PURPOSE As German speaking Aftersales Agent your role will be to provide the best post-booking support to Customers and to challenge any perceived practices that distract from providing the best service. This role ensures that the Customer is equipped with everything that they require prior to travel.
