    UX Researcher

    We are currently recruiting for a German speaking UX Researcher to our fun and talented UX team. We have recently rebranded to Zava and are innovating our product and UX across the board. We have big plans for developing our products and services in the coming years, starting with our German market. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in the early stages. As a team, we aim to push boundaries with the way we work, trying new things to constantly improve our impact in the company. As a UX Research, you’ll be directly involved in product innovation. You will have first hand experience in discovery research projects on the ground. More broadly, you have a firm grasp of UX research methodologies spanning both qualitative and quantitative approaches. In previous roles, you will have worked in quick research cycles in an agile environment. This role involves travel to Germany and research projects conducted in German. We have a fantastic UX team with two UX Researchers and three UX/UI Designers. You’ll be joining a supportive, sharing and caring team. Do you have what it takes? Experience planning and running qualitative research, such as interviews and user tests. Experience in analysing qualitative data. Some experience with quantitative research such as surveys. Experience in product discovery. Understanding of HCI principles. Experience working with UX metrics or KPIs and measured UX performance. Can share numbers and performance metrics with ease. Ability to manage their own time. Ability to manage several projects at once. Attention to detail. Native level of written and spoken German See feedback as a way to improve their work. Deeply care about the user. Diplomatic and collaborative. Ability to justify research decisions when needed. Not afraid to push an idea. Proactive in bringing new ideas and approaches to the table. At least 3 years working as a Researcher. UX research experience. Presenting research findings in an accessible and actionable way. Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams. ZAVA.     Legal Advisor - German Speaker

    Our legal department at Zava is onto a great mission...enabling the international expansion and innovation of the business in harmony with the applicable laws and regulations. Being in the healthcare industry, the company deals, on a daily basis, with sensitive data in a telemedicine regulatory framework which is slowly changing. In this role, you will strive to comply with the established regional and local laws by knowing the regulations, identifying the risks and informing stakeholders to allow a decision taking process to occur within the bounds of the legal constraints and level of risks. You will also need to be daring and creative to make changes happen. You will get to work with people from all background from Operations, to Marketing, Finance, Management and the Clinical Teams as well as interacting with external suppliers. We are looking for someone who: Has the ability to interact with different stakeholders Has the skills to legal research Has strong communications and influencing skills Is flexible and has the ability to prioritise Has an native level of written and spoken German and/or French Is a self-starter and eager to learn Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and mutlitask Has a creative approach to legal matters At least 3 years’ experience in-house or in a law firm Has a EU Law degree ZAVA.     Customer Support Advisor

    We are looking for German speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our ever growing team at Zava. Zava is a fast-growing healthcare startup building one of the leading, award-winning online doctor services across Europe. We are looking to change the way healthcare is delivered, using technology to empower patients. Zava makes it easy for patients to communicate with doctors, manage their health and order prescription medication online. In this role you will be Taking a high volume of calls from patients with personal health care problems, travel vaccination enquiries as well as responding to messages and telephone enquiries about our services or orders they have placed Handling patients queries and complaints in a timely and sensitive and empathetic way Responding to patients requests for advice and support to enable them to receive great service and great health care Booking appointments for patients to attend clinics run by our partners Working with other parts of the teams on Customer Support requirements to ensure our patients are supported effectively Working with the rest of the company to ensure that designers and developers are aware of the challenges that people face when using our service. Please note that you will be working 40 hours Monday to Friday plus one Saturday every 4 weeks on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will show An ability to work in a discreet & confidential and professional manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills An ability to organise, prioritise and work towards deadlines An ability to be flexible and able to multi-task throughout the working day Confidence in making decisions Interested in helping and showing empathy to our patients Diligent and good at maintaining accurate records An ability to use own initiative An ability the remain calm under pressure Good IT skills Previous experience in a customer call centre/customer support role. In addition experience in a medical or pharmacy setting would be an advantage Due to the high level of patient liaison within this role, excellent spoken and written English is essential Excellent level of spoken and written of German ZAVA.
