This role will suit a fluent German speaker who is a driven and tenacious individual that possesses a desire to exceed and thrives in a sales environment.   There is no cold calling within this role, it is reacting to warm leads and building relationships with both clients (who are looking for office space) and operators (who have office space available)   We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial flair who enjoys working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment and is motivated by excellent customer service.     Key Responsibilities   o   Proactively following up all assigned serviced office opportunities for requirements resulting from incoming internet and telephone enquiries for Europe, specialising in the German market o   Responsible for hitting daily activity KPIs, including call and viewing targets. o   Creation of reports and qualification of prospects to set up viewings for prospects and sell serviced offices and the concept to them o   Responsibility for particular geographic areas and becoming an ‘expert’ in these areas and feeding back to the team on these markets o   Develop relationships with the operators and keeping in touch to ensure updated deal reporting in place o   Develop business in line with company objectives and monthly targets   Background and experience   Be fluent in German with the ability to converse at a business level, being fluent in other European languages would be advantageous but not essential We are looking for someone of a graduate calibre who has a proven track record of strong individual sales with passion for excellent customer service Experience of working in a telesales team and delivering and exceeding KPIs Experience in the recruitment or property sectors would be advantageous but not essential   Key skills and competencies   o   Fluent German speaker on a business level o   Thrives in a fast paced, competitive atmosphere o   Strong individual with passion for selling and customer service     On Offer:   Up to £24,000 basic salary Very generous commission structure - Realistic OTE of £40k 4pm finish every Friday An award winning company culture!   Contact Stephen Pye (Head of talent acquisition) for more information - stephen.pye@theinstantgroup.com
