Wenn man als HR Manager durchschnittlich mehr als 5 Cold Calls am Tag bekommt, frisst das Zeit und ist einfach nur nervig und deshalb habe ich viele Firmen die mich darum beten den Firmennamen so vertraulich wie moeglich zu behandeln.   6. Das ist mir auch aufgefallen, Temp2Perm ist sehr gefragt, wahrscheinlich mit wirtschaftlicher Ungewissheit wird dies noch mehr zunehmen
  7. Dann gebe ich doch mal meinen Senf dazu.... Derzeit gibt es durchaus recht viele Stellenangebote gerade für deutsch-sprachige in London. Das war zwar schon immer so, aber es kommt mir so vor als würde die Bewerberanzahl etwas zurück gehen und Bewerber scheinen etwas zu zögern wenn sie bereits eine Festanstellung haben. Nicht existierende Vakanzen auszuschreiben ist gegen REC Regulations (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) bei der die meisten Recruitment Agencies Mitglied sind. Deutsch-sprachige Bewerber werden meist so schnell aufgeschnappt, dass es sich wahrscheinlich gar nicht lohnen würde was auszuschreiben, was es gar nicht gibt? Habe noch nie wirklich darüber nachgedacht, aber mir ist die REC Membership ganz lieb und werde damit nicht experimentieren. Firmen-Namen bekannt geben ist so eine Sache... Language specialist recruitment ist ein Markt mit vielen Mitbewerbern, und es gibt recruitment agencies die bei anderen Agenturen anrufen und sich als Bewerber ausgeben nur um Firmen-Namen rauszufinden (angeblich). Jeden Falls wird man davor immer gewarnt, und wenn auf einmal ein Kunde von zig Agenturen kontaktiert wird, ist der Kunde auch nicht unbedingt begeistert und mehr Konkurrenz ist auch nicht das Beste fürs Business.
